Weichert Co is hiring a Sales Leadership Acquisition Specialist for our Capital Region offices. We are open to a candidate that lives in either Maryland or Virgina. This is a hybrid role so we will find whichever branch office is closest to you as your home base. The Sales Leadership Acquisition Specialist is responsible for assisting with the full life cycle of the Company's leadership acquisition process including sourcing, engaging, and attracting prospective candidates, with specific focus on residential real estate Sales Managers.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Provides candidate management for residential Sales Managers, including assessing skills/experience, conducting initial screening, as well as acting as the main point of contact through the initial recruitment process. * Partners with Regional Vice Presidents to stay abreast of current and future leadership hiring and business needs. * Partners with Human Resources and Senior Leadership to identify office hiring and business needs. * Creates database organizing and tracking prospect outreach. * Contacts prospects to assess interest and sets up follow up meetings. * Coordinates scheduling of potential prospects and visits to Central. * Builds and develops strong relationship and networks with industry partners and external sources to improve sourcing opportunities. * Tracks and provides reports as needed regarding the recruiting progress. * Performs other duties as assigned. The ideal candiddate will meet the following requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred * Valid driver's license * Three (3) or more years of related recruiting experience preferred * Ability to successfully recruit leadership positions * Strong lead generation and prospecting skills * Knowledge of current sourcing techniques and technologies * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products * Strong oral and written communications skills; ability to interact with all levels of management * Strong analytical and problem solving ability * Strong attention to detail Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled |
