Here's what you'd do:

  • Work on affordability analyses, life cycle cost developments, cost data analytics, forecasting cost and schedule, data collection and normalization, and design-to-cost.
  • Analyze multiple data sets to build engineering models, synthesize results, perform decision analysis, and communicate findings with engineering colleagues and internal decision-makers.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $88.51/hr.

Hours: 4/10A-1st Shift.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or Mathematics or Operations Research or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Python, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), MS SQL, or Tableau.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with data management systems or data science.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Parametric Estimating / TruePlanning experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with cost models, predictive analytics, or decision analysis.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in developing complex cost models using advanced cost estimating techniques
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Visualization.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing complex cost models using advanced cost-estimating techniques.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Good team collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Manufacturing materials & processes familiarity.
  • Organized & detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable navigating technical and cost data.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including communicating with an executive audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to solicit input, synthesize data, and communicate results to various technical and programmatic leadership levels.
  • High degree of accountability and responsibility with the ability to be a self-starter and problem solver.
  • Experience with cost model development, data analytics, and engineering in the Defense or finance industry.
  • Knowledge of financial systems, analysis, and statistics.
  • Familiarity with proposal development or the government acquisition process.
