Summary Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Valid Driver's License required. May require Boiler Operator Certification or be required to be licensed in a trade such as plumbing or electrical work. 3. Experience: Five years of related experience in building construction and renovation including carpentry, painting, dry walling and landscaping required. Knowledge of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration may be required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of the Maintenance I role. 4.
