MUST:

Experienced IT Project Manager

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and collaboration tools.

Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred

CompTIA Network+, Security+ or equivalent preferred

Bachelor's degree required

DUTIES:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability and alignment with project goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

Prepare and present project progress reports and status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Proactively address any deviations from the project plan, working to keep projects on track.

Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective solutions.

Collaborate with senior management to track expenses, forecast budgets, and provide financial insights on project performance.

Ensure that projects meet quality standards and adhere to relevant government regulations and policies.

Facilitate post-project evaluations, gather feedback, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Contribute to the development and refinement of project management methodologies and best practices.

Leverage data and metrics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery
