Pay: $17.50 per hour

Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Manage customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving orders
  • Dispatch shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Keep accurate records of inventory and shipments
  • Update and optimize dispatch schedules for efficiency
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve any customer concerns related to delivery and shipping


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a warehouse setting preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and job-specific software
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and operate heavy machinery as needed
  • Excellent typing, data entry, and math skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on problem-solving and customer service
