Join Advantage Resourcing and our partner company as a Forklift Operator at our client's shoe manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement of totes and pallets of shoes on the production floor. This position focuses on operational oversight rather than loading or unloading tasks. We are looking for individuals with strong people skills, computer knowledge, and preferably some mechanical aptitude (though not required). Take the next step toward a rewarding career!

Schedule:

Work 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday)

Monday-Thursday: 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Friday: 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM

Saturday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $14.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Safely operate forklifts to move totes and pallets of shoes.
  • Oversee production floor operations and ensure efficient product flow.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate workflow.
  • Utilize computer systems to track inventory and the movement of goods.
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead by example.


Qualifications:



  • Forklift experience is required.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Mechanical skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must be available to work six days a week, including evening and overnight shifts.
