OverviewThe Digital Product Manager-Associate (DPM-A) supports Independent Health's Digital Experience team and assists in managing the day to day digital product development need. The DPM-A is responsible for managing digital products for both web and mobile applications and should demonstrate a clear understanding of the users and usage. The DPM-A will also participate in the implementation of projects along the roadmap. The DPM-A will advise the Digital Experience team and Independent Health business partners of the capabilities and best practices that exist in the web and mobile channels for user experience or for particular tools. This position will work with Information Technology and business partners and outside vendors to ensure all business operations projects are completed in a timely manner and to the outlined requirements. This includes communicating business requirements, recommending resources necessary, and measuring against goals for success. Qualifications

In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
