Master's degree in nursing/public health or healthcare administration with an active license to practice nursing and one year of supervisory experience in a program which included the care of the sick; or a BSN with an active license with two years experience in supervision in a program which included the care of the sick. Five years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business, preferably in health care. Demonstrated ability to effectively direct a variety of personnel and utilize mentoring and motivational skills. Demonstrated commitment to AccentCare's philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.
