Stock/Receiving Associate

ACARA Solutions and our client in Irvine, CA have a contract to hire position available

Stock/Receiving Associate

$21.00-$23.00 per hour plus OT

• With a keen eye for details and exceptional organizational skills, you'll perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Fundamentally, you'll unpack, and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods, package and prepare materials for delivery to the designated program and manufacturing locations, perform cycle counts and inventory verification of parts based on information provided, and examine stock, and distribute materials in inventory warehouse or distribution center.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Operating computers with knowledge of the enterprise software tools (MRP, Receiving)

• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Awareness of continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications as needed.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Ability to heavy items and operate a forklift
