Job Responsibilities:



  1. Field case support for safe and appropriate use of Avanos IVP products.
  2. Requires an intimate knowledge in the proper utilization of Avanos Pain Management procedures and equipment which they will be supporting.
  3. Provide information and answer any questions pertaining to Avanos equipment while also generating interest and stimulating leads for our sales team.
  4. Attending medical device conferences where physicians come for training and education to stay up to date on clinical procedures and equipment.
  5. In cooperation with other clinical member, marketing and sales, support the preparation and operation of academic certification programs and hands-on seminars, and provide information and education to ensure that participating physicians acquire correct knowledge.
  6. Share information obtained during case support and customer inquiries with other clinical member, marketing and sales without delay and enter them into SFDC.
  7. If a customer has issues with equipment operation, procedures, or preparation during treatment using Avanos IVP products, plan and provide the necessary support in collaboration with other clinical members and marketing, sales.
  8. In depth product and clinical knowledge.
  9. Comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as fair competition regulations and medical advertising regulations, as well as company rules.
  10. Acquire the necessary knowledge when new products are launched or expanded in use, and work with other clinical members to support the development of educational programs for internal sales and for physicians.



  1. May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
