Duties Plan, direct, and monitor activities involved in conducting surveys of beneficiary populations, including for the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Surveys. Develop and coordinate analyses of operational policy and program operations. Provide statistical and research information and justification on the operational aspects of specific beneficiary and plan-focused projects. Represent the organization at briefings and other meetings regarding the justification and approval of specific projects.
