Responsibilities

The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Job Description: Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating transfers for the Valley Health System. Evaluates options and services available to meet an individual's health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.


Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing


Experience:Five years clinical experience, minimum two years charge RN experience required. Critical care experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database.

License/Certification Current RN license in the State of Nevada.


Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service
appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
