Merakey welcomes all Veterans to apply! * Master's degree in education, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education or a related field AND a minimum of two years of experience with developing and implementing Behavior Support Plans * Experience working with adults with IDD and with mental health diagnosis or autism spectrum disorder preferred. * Demonstrated ability to support individuals with behavioral challenges required. Competency in writing supports plans, conducting assessments and effective verbal communication skills required. Capacity to train and mentor others needed.
