Job Responsibilities:

Manage Bike School, Children's Ski & Snowboard School (Kids World), and Pre-Ski School (Child Care):
  • Recruit, train, and develop top-tier staff.
  • Create and update procedural and training materials.
  • Establish training schedules and guidelines.
  • Ensure staff meet departmental standards and child-to-staff ratios.
  • Conduct regular performance audits and manage specific programming and events.
  • Develop service standards, KPIs, and staff recognition programs.
  • Oversee onboarding, including interviews, paperwork, and housing.
  • Update handbooks and training materials.
  • Collaborate on SOPs for teaching methodologies, guest services, and safety.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies.
  • Match instructors to roles and handle quality control.
  • Support instructors with challenges and monitor performance.
  • Foster high standards, open communication, and manage operations in the Director's absence.
  • Assist supervisory staff with daily duties.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED


Preferred Experience:

  • PSIA/AASI Level II (or higher) or comparable (four years fulltime teaching experience would be comparable)
  • Knowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certification preferred
