POSITION SUMMARY:

Sugarbush Resort is seeking a Business Systems and Sales Administrator. Their primary responsibility in this position is to support the group sales and conference planning department with administration and oversight of Amadeus FDC/Delphi and ancillary products. Other responsibilities include procurement and departmental expense management, manage incoming lead distribution, manage group sales phone line, database entry, and other tasks assigned by Director of Sales. The Administrator will support the sales team and to drive revenue to Sugarbush Resort's lodging properties, food and beverage outlets, and activities. This position will work with the Director of Sales to develop additional reporting as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all data quality and reporting requirements as requested by Director of Sales and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support the Sales Team with all tasks related to generating revenue from all sales channels for Sugarbush Resort's lodging properties, food and beverage outlets and activities.
  • Process all group lift ticket orders.
  • Manage marketing materials and inventory.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly group resumes.
  • Prepare lodging manifests weekly for all groups.
  • Collaborate with sales team and marketing for website needs.
  • Attend weekly marketing production meetings.
  • Assist with content for wedding social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales on development of social media campaigns in the corporate/business sectors.
  • Manage content on third party sites (MPI, NEIRA, CVENT, SendSites) in collaboration with sales team.
  • Assist in the migration from local network to Microsoft planner.
  • Manage teams/folders/documents ongoing.
  • Assist with tradeshow organization and participation.
  • Manage Delphi/CRM Database, update pricing, products and services sold.
  • Attend monthly enterprise Delphi admin meetings.
  • Generate sales reports and actualize sales revenue monthly and annually for Director of Sales, keeping track of sales production as needed.
  • Produce and update communication and merge templates, internal and external.
  • Manage onboarding and deactivations of Delphi users, user permissions, and support training initiatives resort wide.
  • Monitor, improve and create process and workflows, approval processes, validation rules and other declarative system customizations.
  • Communicate with Alterra Mountain Company Business Systems team for guidance, updates, and product implementations.
  • Update all product pricing and menu items resort wide.
  • Communicate with sales and marketing teams for campaign management.
  • Manage meeting broker API with CVENT and Sugarbush Resort website portals.
  • Oversee queued projects and implementation as determined by Alterra Mountain Company and Sugarbush Resort Management.
  • Process all Purchase Order Requests for department.
  • Collaborate with Sugarbush IT and Revenue Manager where applicable.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality software (Amadeus FDC Delphi/Salesforce, Springer Miller Systems - SMS, RTP) and MS Office experience.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with the desire to work in a highly motivated team.
  • High attention to detail is critical for this position.
  • Accounting skills are a plus.
