Wellesley MA Part time R0013637 The Operations Coordinator, Undergraduate Admission will provide customer service to prospective students, their families, and school officials, and will provide operational support to all enrollment-related processes. WHAT YOU WILL DO
YOUR TEAM WILL INCLUDE N/A WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED Associate's Degree or equivalent At least 1-3 years of related work experience. Exceptional customer service orientation. Demonstrated ability to work creatively and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to a diverse working environment and to cultivating a diverse community. Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and all Google Drives. Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results. Ability to anticipate and embrace change; demonstrate willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions. HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK Requires work onsite 5 days a week; the on campus requirement is subject to modification based on organizational need Willingness to works evenings/weekends as needed Must be able to work during critical admission weeks during the year, to be determined by the manager.
