The Gastrointestinal Account Executive is a front-line sales executive responsible for profitable growth in geographic area for specialized sales of the Gastrointestinal/Gastro Urology laboratory testing services of Quest Diagnostics.

This is a field-based role and will support DE, MD, DC and VA. In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits package, we provide a company car and gas card.


  • Responsible for supporting the AmeriPath/Quest practices by attaining sales targets
  • Aligned, deployed around the core AmeriPath/Quest businesses which includes clinical, hereditary cancer testing, and tissue services for various call points
  • Drive sales in assigned territory through targeting, pipeline development, growth of existing accounts, new lead generation and closes, and business development activities
  • Effectively use productivity and marketing tools in the sales process.
  • GI, GU, Surgery Centers, Endoscopy Centers, and Endocrinologist, related to supporting local Ameripath/Quest practices
  • Owns the clinical testing in the call point which would include hereditary genetic solutions (e.g.: GI and Lynch Syndrome, GU and BRCA)
  • Partner with PAE on clinical solutions
  • 5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Previous healthcare sales experience is helpful
  • Track record of successful B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success managing customer relationships
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

License:

Driver's license and ability to travel designated market is required
