***must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship due to client requirements Our client is looking for a Cisco UC Engineer with solid experience with Cisco Unified Communications products such as Unity, Cisco Call Manager, CUCM, UCS, Presence, etc. As a member of the Unified Communications team and the direct report to the Manager of Unified Telecommunications, the Unified Communications Engineer is responsible for the design, Implementation, and maintenance of communication systems that integrate various methods of communication, such as voice, video, messaging, and conferencing into a unified platform. Ideally, they would like this candidate to have lead experience as you will be mentoring 2 other engineers on the team. Any experience migrating from UC On Prem to Cisco UC cloud is a big PLUS. This role involves working with technologies like Voice over IP (VoIP), video conferencing systems, instant messaging, and collaboration tools to ensure seamless communication across the Firm. The infrastructure includes but is not limited to Cisco UCS, Cisco Unified Communications Managers, Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX, IM&P, CER, Finesse, Cisco Presence, Webex Suite, Zoom, and all video conferencing.
