Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $15.48 - Midpoint: $18.56 (Hourly N2) Department/Organization: 750801 - Alabama Life Research Institute Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm Job Summary: The Research Assistant I assists with research work in support of a major research project under close supervision. Assists with ordering equipment and supplies. Aids in the set up equipment. Perform experiments. Monitors results. Collects data. Prepares support material. Additional Department Summary: Conducts and assists with the design of research experiments. Manages IRB applications, participant recruitment and scheduling, data acquisition and analysis, and manuscript preparation. Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Skills and Knowledge: Computer proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Some research experience. Experience working with human subjects.
