Contract Development Manager - Rural Lubbock 39009BR Position Description Create, negotiate, review and draft procurement contractual agreements between Texas Tech University and suppliers. Major/Essential Functions Create, negotiate, review and draft contractual agreements between Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC), F. Marie Hall Institute for Rural and Community Health (FMHIRCH) and other entities.
Required Qualifications LLB or JD degree. One year of legal experience. Ability to qualify for admission to practice before the Texas Bar if not presently admitted. Ability to obtain a Certified Texas Contract Manager certification within two years of hire.
