Position Summary: The Clinical Outcomes Analyst is responsible for coordinating clinical effectiveness evaluations that support data-based decision-making by management and clinicians. In collaboration with interdisciplinary clinical and administrative leadership, coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies to improve patient care within an evidence-based practice framework. Serves as a clinical expert in integration, management, analysis, and interpretation of data to support outcomes management, clinical process analysis, patient safety, case management, and performance improvement initiatives. Competencies: A. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health or health related field from an accredited school.
