What you'll do:




  • Provide simple to moderately complex financial analyses.
  • Support monthly close; prepare reports for senior management
  • Monitor actual results of financial data against plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Gather, organize, and document relevant financial information.
  • Independently prepare financial analysis
  • Support PPMCO team with operational needs, including revenue assurance activities
  • Interact with internal and external customers, including auditors, regulators, and shared service team



What you'll bring:




  • 1+ years' experience in financial analysis is required
  • Basic knowledge of financial and/or accounting concepts. Extensive knowledge of spreadsheet (proficiency with higher level Excel functions) and database software
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and performing detail analysis to support decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Finance).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within Johns Hopkins Health Plans

Salary Range: Minimum 25.73 per hour - Maximum 42.48 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
