Job Summary

The Regional Director will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships within their assigned regional network of outpatient care centers, affiliate organizations and community care providers. This position supports the continuum of pediatric sub specialty care by assuring easy access, highly reliable, convenient patient care while ensuring the care of children is provided by the right provider, at the right location, at the most affordable cost. The regional director will be responsible for directing the operations at multiple locations within the region while simultaneously solidifying new opportunities that impact the care of children.

Role Accountabilities Include:




  • Operationalizes organizational strategies using effective prioritization, collaboration, and change management skills.
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of off campus locations.
  • Develops and monitors key performance measures to demonstrate value based care for affiliate locations.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of consistent policies and procedures that are replicable for various sub specialties and locations.
  • Is an effective communicator and a polished presenter when sharing with key stakeholders.
  • Provides mentoring, coaching and professional development of team members.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance at all off campus locations of care.
  • Responsible for the coordination of activities and ensures continual compliance with regulatory standards (i.e. TJC, CMS, AHCA, etc.).



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management or Business required.
  • 5 years' experience as a healthcare leader in the position of Manager or above.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with medical practice management.
  • Multi-site management experience.
