Contracts Specialist

Position Type: Contract

Position Location: Lafayette, IN

Position Salary: $40/HR - $65/HR (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:



  • Compliance Monitoring: Oversee and ensure compliance with all contractual terms, regulations, and company policies, conducting regular audits and reviews to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Enforcement of Contractual Obligations: Actively enforce contractual obligations, addressing any breaches promptly and effectively, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess compliance risks associated with contracts, developing strategies to mitigate these risks and prevent future occurrences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, procurement, and project management, to ensure that all contractual obligations are understood and met.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and enforcement actions, preparing reports for management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
