Job Responsibilities

- Be a key player in groundbreaking HR projects and initiatives, shaping the future of our organizational landscape.
- Craft and cultivate comprehensive HR programs and frameworks that are aligned with our core values and strategically designed to attract, retain, and develop our committed employee base.
- Navigate challenging situations with grace, handling terminations and corrective actions. Your ability to dive deep during exit interviews ensures that even departures add to our continuous improvement strategies.
- Conduct thorough investigations, ranging from workers' compensation claims to harassment and EEOC, with a judicious eye-ensuring legal compliance and high ethical standards.
- Navigate the complex landscape of federal and state regulations with expert precision, ensuring our company not only meets but exceeds compliance standards, upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful business practices.
- Administer compensation plans, including benefits, adjustments, incentives, bonus programs and the annual performance management process, driving a performance culture that rewards excellence and fosters sustainable growth.
- Administer leaves of absence (i.e. FMLA, workers' compensation and STD/LTD), leading with empathy to ensure a supportive environment that values personal well-being as much as professional development.
- Craft statistical reports that fulfill regulatory requirements (i.e. DCAA, EEO, AAP, internal audits) and tell the story of our workforce evolution.
- Regularly cross-collaborate across different business functions, blending insights to create a coherent and unified approach.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience supporting professional and highly technical exempt workforce, specifically engineering, program management, and business operations environments
- A profound understanding of Human Resources Policies and Employee Relations
- Possess an extensive breadth of knowledge spanning various HR disciplines, with a keen ability to navigate complex interdepartmental landscapes and craft unifying solutions.
- The emotional intelligence to be an objective confidant and guide for both employees and management amidst challenging and sensitive situations.
- A sharp analytical acumen that uncovers insights, forges innovative solutions and recommendations that resonate with our company's business needs.
- An eager self-starter that thrives in autonomy, expertly prioritizing and orchestrating multiple projects with grace and agility.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative, results-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills to build authentic, trusting relationships

- Proficiency in MS Office 365 required.
