JOB SUMMARY
Works under close supervision to perform routine moving duties.
Work Location: Dallas Campus; assist other locations as needed.
Shift Requirement: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday; overtime when needed.

JOB DUTIES
- Assists in department and office relocation by moving and setting up furniture, office supplies, and equipment.
- Assembles and disassembles office furniture and lab equipment.
- Sets-up rooms for events by moving chairs and furniture as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Work may require working overtime.
- Work requires ability to read and comprehend and follow simple instructions.
- Work requires driving medium and heavy trucks weighing up to 3 tons for pick-up and delivery of furniture on and off campus.
- Work requires extreme heavy lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
- Work requires personal contact with various UT Southwestern employees while performing duties.
