What you'll be doing...

In this highly visible and integral role, the Senior Manager of Process Engineering is responsible for the development and execution of Value transformation initiatives. You will build business cases against initiatives to size value and enable tracking of delivery. Manage stakeholders up to VP level to drive forward transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with leadership and key business partners across Value to align on change management and ways of working initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. You will work autonomously to orchestrate across Band 5 leaders and their teams to define and manage organizational processes that are designed to enable the Value transformations plan, while delivering against our key KPI's. Additional responsibilities include delivering data-driven insights to help resolve business challenges. Define and prioritize research projects to ensure these insights are delivered effectively.

  • Leading cross-functional, complex projects and teams independently and ensure post-implementation reviews to ensure success

  • Serving as a thought partner/collaborator for strategic priorities in Value

  • Generating and stimulating innovative ideas, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking.

  • Building rapport with business partners, manage group dynamics, and foster a collaborative environment.

  • Planning and structuring workshops and ideation sessions effectively, including setting clear objectives, agendas and timelines.

  • Identifying and address challenges that arise during sessions, adapting the approach as needed.

  • Creating a positive and engaging atmosphere, inspiring and encouraging solution-oriented experiences.

  • Having the ability to listen attentively to the business; ideas and perspectives, demonstrating respect and understanding.

  • Utilizing Lean Six Sigma, or other creative problem-solving methodologies.

  • Synthesizing and summarizing key insights and ideas.

What we're looking for... You'll need to have:
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite of tools, Microsoft Excel, Power Point

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • MBA or advanced degree.

  • Experience in consulting, developing strategy, and/or change management.

  • Demonstrated ability to direct and set strategy; follow through with execution

  • Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.

  • Ability to think about future possibilities and rally numerous assets to design, test and learn, execute at scale.

  • Good interpersonal, communications and presentations skills.

  • A forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to drive innovation and anticipate future organizational needs.

  • Experience in problem solving and intellectually curious with good judgment.

  • Change agent with strong credibility and influence across the business.

  • Experience in analytical, critical thinking and Outstanding quantitative skills.

  • Experience in managing client relationships.

  • Good empathy skills combined with self-awareness.

  • Design Thinking, Agile and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification

  • Experience in project management and/or certification.
