What you'll be doing...In this highly visible and integral role, the Senior Manager of Process Engineering is responsible for the development and execution of Value transformation initiatives. You will build business cases against initiatives to size value and enable tracking of delivery. Manage stakeholders up to VP level to drive forward transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with leadership and key business partners across Value to align on change management and ways of working initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. You will work autonomously to orchestrate across Band 5 leaders and their teams to define and manage organizational processes that are designed to enable the Value transformations plan, while delivering against our key KPI's. Additional responsibilities include delivering data-driven insights to help resolve business challenges. Define and prioritize research projects to ensure these insights are delivered effectively.
