Summary

Experienced, qualified applicants are eligible for a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus.This bonus will be prorated for Part Time hires,Per Diem positions are ineligible.Please note this bonus is not available to current MaineHealth employees or prior employees that have been separated for less than 6 months.

Summary:
The EMT - Basic role provides basic life support during emergency pre-hospital and interfacility transfer care to patients when indicated by the patient's injury or illness in accordance with state and local protocols.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Completion of EMT-basic course required. 2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) EMT-Basic license required. Valid Driver's License required.
