Location: Based out of 8600 Crump Rd Charlotte NC, 28273 OTR Drivers are paid Trip pay for their routes. Trip pay is based on miles, cases unloaded, layovers, and additional stops. Training pay is $1,000 gross pay per week, which is approximately 3 weeks. OTR Drivers start out averaging between $1,500 - $1,800 gross pay per week after training. Drivers pay may be lower or higher than this average based on business needs. The Truck Driver is responsible for supporting the company sales team by making deliveries to Company distribution centers and Independent Business Owner (IBO) bin locations.
