The Brooks School of Public Policy invites you to apply for the position of Executive Assistant to the Dean, a pivotal role that supports the Dean and senior leadership with comprehensive, executive-level administrative expertise. As the Executive Assistant to the Dean, you will provide essential support that enables the Dean to advance the school's mission, strategic priorities, and day-to-day operations. In this highly visible role, you'll build and nurture relationships across the school, university, and beyond, liaising with faculty, students, staff, and external partners, including industry experts, government officials, alumni, and donors. You will coordinate and prioritize the Dean's commitments, confidential communications, and drive special projects, committees, and events that reflect and uphold the Brooks School's values of collaboration, service, and innovation.
