Program Manager, Change Management

This position is a key role as part of the Change & Program Management services provided to our Client. The successful Program Manager candidate will manage the governance, oversight, and execution of assigned cross-functional projects and initiatives as part of a larger strategic program. The position reports to the Director, Change & Program Management, but interfaces regularly with internal and Client stakeholders across regions and account service lines.

This role requires strong organizational, process and project management skills to ensure successful program delivery within defined timelines. This role also involves key communication and change management responsibilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail, will be vital in supporting the success of our programs and services, helping to deliver core messages to various audiences. The candidate will work directly with managers and key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for:
Overseeing and managing various projects and initiatives from initiation to completion as part of a larger program effort
Successful program delivery within defined timelines and budgets
The implementation of quality communications and change management best practices
Oversight of, and point of escalation for, key internal and Client stakeholders
Meeting or exceeding Account / Client KPI's

Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Help develop and manage cross-functional program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Facilitate with key stakeholders to ensure program and communication requirements are met.
Oversee the program lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets by program team members and deliverables are in compliance with established practices, processes and templates.
Monitor and report program progress, highlighting any issues or risks, and recommending mitigation plans by working with program team members.
Facilitate program meetings, capturing key discussion points and actions, to keep stakeholders informed and maintain program momentum.
Ensure program scope changes are properly documented for leadership approval.
Act as a liaison between different business units to facilitate effective program communications and information sharing.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements and objectives.
Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at various levels.
Provide regular progress reports to clients and other relevant parties.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed and met.
Manage client requests and change orders, aligning them with program objectives and constraints.
Support the development and implementation of strategic communication plans to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
Draft and edit a wide range of written materials, including account and client communications, presentations, and other program collateral.
Assist in organizing and coordinating program and change management events, including town halls, presentations, and training sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or a related field.
5-8 years of relevant program or change management experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and theability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address project issues and unplanned events.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience.
Ability to work independently and proactively, while also being a team player
