What this job involves:
As a Performance Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and optimizing performance across various business units. You will work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance. This role requires a keen analytical mind, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement * Developing and implementing performance improvement strategies and action plans * Collaborating with department heads and team leaders to set performance goals and objectives * Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to teams and individuals * Creating and maintaining performance dashboards and reports for senior management * Identifying and implementing best practices to streamline processes and increase efficiency * Facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance team performance and skills * Monitoring industry trends and benchmarks to ensure JLL remains competitive in the market Desired experience and technical skills: Requirements: 5+ years of experience in performance management or similar role Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools Strong understanding of business processes and operational efficiency Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams Experience with project management methodologies Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management Experience in the real estate or professional services industry Knowledge of advanced analytics and business intelligence tools Familiarity with change management principles and practices |
