Location: Lafayette, IN

Position Type: Long term contract (12 months and could be extended)

Pay: $26-$40/HR (depending on experience)

Come and join our team to support the procurement and materials management groups for our capital project. This role involves assisting with sourcing, order tracking, supplier coordination, inventory support, and maintaining procurement documentation



Key Responsibilities:



  • Support procurement team in sourcing and purchasing materials and services for the project.
  • Track order statuses, expedite deliveries, and address delays as needed.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve mis-shipments or missing materials.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and general team support.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business or supply chain is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in procurement and supply chain management.
