Production Supervisor

The candidate selected as our newest Production Supervisor will coordinate with management and staff to ensure that jobs remain on schedule, are produced in the most efficient manner, and meet quality standards. Salary: $70,000

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for training employees, handling personnel issues, resolving quality issues/concerns, ensuring an efficient workflow, data tracking/reporting, and inventory management tasks as assigned. Time will be split between the shop floor and the office, with the majority of time being spent on the shop floor.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 3+ years of extensive manufacturing supervisory experience within a printing environment
• proven leadership, communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
