Staffmark is partnering with a leading company specializing in health and wellness products to hire a Safety Manager in Hebron, KY. If you have a passion for safety and compliance, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact and drive safety initiatives in a growing organization.

Salary: $100,000 - $105,000

Shifts: Flexible to support multiple shifts based on the needs of the facility

As the Safety Manager, you will oversee day-to-day safety and security operations for the facility, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. You will be responsible for managing safety programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations including OSHA/Kentucky OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards, and leading initiatives to improve safety culture across the site.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage and enforce safety protocols for the facility
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations
  • Develop and implement site-wide safety programs and initiatives
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to all staff


Qualifications:



  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in safety management or a related field
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
