- Manage offices including correspondence, supplies, budgets, liaison between departments and tech support.
- Petition and finalize agendas, set meeting dates, record and summarize minutes and assigned tasks, as needed.
- Track tasks assigned by EVPFA to others to ensure completion by deadlines.
- Recruit, hire and supervise work-study students.
- Proactively seek to address concerns, conflicts, and problems before they arise
- Look ahead to mitigate scheduling calendar conflicts and create efficiencies.
- Became point of contact for unclaimed bills/ revenue checks when checks and bills were shuffled from department to department.
- Actively provide support to the EVPFA's direct reports and affiliates: USNH/UNH IT, UNH Police, Facilities, and Office of Campus Services, with multiple needs, including office support, calendar needs as well as the CHRO Leadership team as needed.

Duty/Responsibility |
- Coordinating and handling sensitive matters with discretion and independent judgement on behalf of Administration, Finance and Human Resources with state offices, Community and Business leaders, USNH Staff, administrative and academic offices, faculty, staff and students.
- Serve as information source for all inquiries to the above departments and campus requiring in depth research to resolve.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy, discretion and judgement in support of all departments.
- Act in advisory capacity on matters involving Administration and Finance.
- In collaboration with other administrative support roles, resolve operational concerns for the departments, Thompson Hall and campus.
- Create, process and deliver Delegations of Signature Authority for the UNH Campus and affiliates.
- Point of contact for all contracts requiring EVPFA approval.
- Build and update EVPFA web presence on UNH website, SharePoint and Box.
- Review monthly expenditures for both departments.
- Initiate preparation of correspondence and documents including letters, agendas, reports and materials for presentations.
- Provide support for routine and complex office communications and materials, including coordinating schedules for departments, web and telephone inquiries and requests.

- Support the CHRO in conducting confidential investigations as needed, including reaching out to faculty, staff, students, alumni to schedule meetings or phone calls for CHRO and HR Partners
- Staff leadership searches as requested.
- Support CHRO/HR on any organizational projects and process improvements.
- Point of contact for Thompson Hall Security access.
- Coordinated Thompson Hall Emergency Action Plan Committee and assisted in creating the Emergency Action Plan handbook
