The Home Dialysis Innovation Lane is seeking a driven, organized, and collaborative teammate to support implementation, project management, and analytics for a variety of Home initiatives. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define key project deliverables and project manage efforts to meet deliverables on time

  • Support multiple projects simultaneously and overcoming potential obstacles to keep projects on track against established timelines

  • Coordinate and monitor internal approvals across legal, finance, and business lanes

  • Provide outreach and support to clinic teammates to gather feedback and develop implementation plans

  • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to identify and document processes, pain points, and requirements

  • Design slides to compellingly communicate the story and insights from initiatives to internal leaders

Analytics & Strategic Synthesis

  • Collaborate with Home stakeholders to define data and KPIs needed to monitor and evaluate projects effectively

  • Develop data collection methods based on project needs

  • Synthesize detailed findings into high-level cohesive overviews, recommendations, and actionable next steps

  • Complete ad-hoc analytics requests as needed to support operations and decision making

Other Duties:

General support with project management and analytics for ad hoc projects across the Innovations Lane. Project management and analytics may support patient education maintenance, physician education development, and implementation of new billing and treatment documentation and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study

  • 1-3 years of experience

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills required

  • Confident engaging with stakeholders and building relationships across the company
