Here's what you'd do:

• Looking for a Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner (mid-career level) to join our mission supporting our Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business.
• Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
• Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules, which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources needed to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
• Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
• Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
• Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
• Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the program planning integrator.
• Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
• Devices modelling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline and to perform schedule risk assessments.
• Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Planning/scheduling
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Earned Value Management
• Minimum of 4 years experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, and One Pager Pro
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft/satellite program
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Program Performance Management Process

• Prior team lead experience
• Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses
• Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a willingness to adjust to changing priorities
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail
• Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance
• Desire and willingness to support dynamic proposal activities
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
