Summary
Informs and contributes to the structuring, drafting, negotiating and/or approval of minutes, letters, policies and other documents. Assists the Corporate Secretary's Office in management of the Authority and Canal Boards, the associated committees, and advisory boards. Initiates the Authority's rulemaking and ratemaking activities; organizes public hearings on matters requiring public consideration or public comments. Submits specified reports and filings to the Authorities Budget Office, and the Office of the Comptroller as well as other agencies pursuant to various sections of the Public Authorities Law and General Municipal Law. Monitors and ensures Board members' compliance with numerous training requirements. Assists in various administrative duties, including filing and maintaining documents, processing reimbursements and maintaining credit card accounts.#LI-CJ1 Responsibilities

The target salary range for this position is: $74,340.00-$92,930. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
