Provide direct support to Program Managers by developing compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) which accurately and comprehensively validate the contractual scope, flow and resources required to execute and meet all program strategic objectives for the duration of the program. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilize Gantt, Critical path, Driving Path, Variance metrics, milestone charts, Earned Value Management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines. May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews. Provides guidance to program team members. Work with the technical community, operations community and program management to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline. In addition, interface with program management, senior management and the contractual customer as the program's planning integrator. Job Responsibilities
