Candidate will work in the back-of-the-house of our student-run restaurant, and is responsible for:

• Cleaning plates, dishes, silverware, and glasses from guests
• Scrubbing and cleaning pots, pans, utensils, and tools from our kitchen staff (students)
• Maintaining a clean workstation, and cleaning up after their shift
• Following health and safety guidance from Chef on duty.
