As an Associate Analyst, Supplier Program Review at RXO, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the status and readiness of suppliers at the program level. This position involves maintaining core relationships with Fabricators and Tier One suppliers, ensuring their alignment with the strategic objectives of North American container delivery projects. The analyst will not only monitor and report on the suppliers' status, but also engage in high-level problem-solving to optimize supply chain efficiency and ensure the flawless execution of vehicle launches.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Oversee and evaluate supplier readiness and performance at the program level to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct high-level program reviews and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned on key objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers, acting as the main contact for program-level issues and coordination
  • Collaborate with suppliers on project milestones and delivery schedules to ensure alignment and meet project goals
  • Provide analytical support to evaluate supplier performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Prepare executive-level reports detailing supplier readiness, program status and opportunities for supply chain optimization
  • Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and delivery commitments, working closely with quality control and logistics teams
  • Address systemic issues affecting supply chain efficiency, proposing solutions and driving process improvements
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, offering guidance to the Data Analyst Planning and Scheduling team to enhance their understanding of supplier capabilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of best practices for supplier engagement, organizing workshops or training sessions focused on compliance, problem-solving and operational excellence

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

It'd be great if you also have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field or equivalent related work or military experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain management or a related field within the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated experience in managing supplier relationships and overseeing large-scale projects or programs
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact effectively with suppliers and senior management
  • Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, and container management systems
