Management Analyst / Project Coordinator Washington, DC (Hybrid) Pay From: $70,000 MUST: Eligible for Federal Public Trust 3-5 years of experience supporting project Management teams including strategic planning and management analysis. Relevant DoD or Federal experience around Project strategic planning and data analysis Experience with SCRUM process is a plus Knowledge of strategic planning and multi-year programming processes is a plus Strong documentation skills Strong Microsoft office skills Strong PowerPoint skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly analytical with strong attention to details Bachelor's Degree is required DUTIES: Facilitate meetings with leadership and stakeholders to highlight relevant program updates Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to help provide insight for strategic direct and program progress for governance boards and for leadership Facilitate and participate in strategic planning sessions and planning workshops with leadership Support strategic planning activities including assisting in defining processes, output, and future operational direction Provide logistical and analytical support to various client Teams and working groups Provide analytical review of documentation and provide analysis and recommendations to leadership Manage monthly consolidated status reports encompassing all meetings supported and deliverables produced Take part in strategic planning by providing support and assisting in defining and identifying strategic goals, objectives, and milestones Maintain and manage documentation and critical artifacts related to assigned tasks Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
