Floating Property Manager

What You'll Do as a Floating Property Manager
- Provide support to property teams, ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Work to maintain high occupancy rates at all properties by supporting leasing efforts and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to manage property operations, including move-ins, inspections, and maintenance needs.
- Guide residents through the leasing process and assist with completing necessary paperwork, including compliance with Section 42, LIHTC, and HUD regulations.
- Support budget planning, financial reporting, and vendor management to ensure properties meet performance goals.
- Help coordinate resident activities and events that foster a sense of community.
- Act as a resource for staff training, hiring, and evaluation to maintain strong, effective teams.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing policies and company standards.
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent (additional education in property management or related fields is a plus).
- At least three years of property management or equivalent experience.
- A positive, approachable demeanor and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (experience with RealPage is a bonus).
- Flexibility to travel between properties and occasionally work evenings or weekends during peak times.
