Summary of Position |
Seeking a personable, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented professional to provide support in marketing and administrative matters for the Peter T. Paul Entrepreneurship Center (ECenter). Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Marketing and engagement support
- Event and program logistics
- Database management
- Developing marketing strategy including newsletters, social media, printed materials, classroom outreach, etc.
- Research and information gathering
- Scheduling
- Expense reporting
- Scanning documentation
- The position is a one-year term position with a high probability of annual renewal. The continuation of the position is dependent upon available external funding

Marketing
- Manage all social media content, pipelines, and schedule
- Develop relationships with Campus stakeholders to meet the goal of the ECenter getting in front of every first-year student in their first year at UNH
- Develop the #ECenterImpact campaign soliciting submissions from engaged students

Student Engagement
- Develop and manage classroom engagement strategies and student recruitment
- Administer and manage #ECenter Challenge Events and platforms as required
- Provide organization, support, and training for student ambassadors while overseeing the faculty outreach and student recruitment program
- Organize tabling events and provide staffing in the event student ambassador schedules prohibit them from running the table
- Provide tours for students or other guests to the ECenter as needed
- Utilize data analytics knowledge to grow student engagement

Administrative
- Monitor the ECenter general mailbox, responding to requests and questions appropriately and/or forwarding to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain the ECenter coworking space: refill and organize displayed marketing materials; ensure cleanliness of space; monitor and place orders for the Caffeinator Coffee Bar at the ECenter
- Communicate with discretion and confidentiality to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the ECenter
- Research and book locations and transportation for field trips according to provided guidelines
- Maintain event and meeting schedules and coordinate complex office/department scheduling including creation of room reservations for ECenter Events
- Provide event support before, during, and after ECenter events, including catering orders; some events take place in the evenings and/or on weekends
- Make arrangements for travel, meetings, events, and conferences
- Make orders/purchase on behalf of the ECenter such as office supplies and catering
- Maintain financial records for purchases and deposits; updating budget spreadsheet with accuracy and providing reports when necessary; request budget transfer; process deposits
- Submit Pcard receipts and expense reimbursements
- Create and submit student award invoices for student award payments and other program expenses and revenue
