Summary of Position |
The Assistant Director of International Graduate Admission is responsible for the development and execution of international recruitment strategies specifically for professional graduate programs. This role involves managing international recruitment agents, overseeing the international agents, including the agent invoicing process in collaboration with Student Financial Services, and conducting market research to support the colleges in the identification of new professional graduate areas that would appeal to an international audience. This person will also work closely with academic departments to identify graduate programs suitable for international students and develop marketing strategies accordingly.
Reporting to the Director of International Recruitment, the Assistant Director will stay updated on international recruitment trends and develop innovative approaches to attract and enroll international graduate students. The Assistant Director will also collaborate directly with the Admissions team in the Graduate School in developing and implementing recruitment strategies. This role offers flexibility, with options for remote work within the US. |

- Valid passport, willingness to travel internationally, valid driver's license, and access to an operational vehicle.

International Agent Management
- Maintain and manage international recruitment agent relationships, including training agents on UNH processes and providing regular updates.
- Oversee the agent billing process in collaboration with Student Financial Services.
- Provide reports on the yield of students from agents for graduate programs in SalesforceCRM.

- Provide reports on UNH graduate enrollment data and global trends to inform graduate recruitment strategies.

International Recruitment Travel:
- Represent UNH at international recruitment fairs, international recruitment agent visits, conferences, and university visits internationally to promote graduate programs.
- Conduct virtual sessions for prospective international graduate students when not traveling.
- Develop travel schedule for fall and spring graduate cycles in coordination with the international recruitment team, graduate school, and undergraduate admissions.

Increase Yield:
- Coordinate the development and implementation of email communication plans specific to international graduate recruitment.
- Offer communication channels through WhatsApp for engagement and yield efforts.
- Identify channels which attract a high number of successful applicants.
- Propose and develop marketing strategies to promote these programs in targeted international markets in coordination with CPA.
- Cross departmental collaboration on marketing, recruitment, and yield.
