Staffmark is searching for a dependable and motivated Office Administrator for one of the largest providers of fencing solutions in Perris, CA. Pay: $24-$32 per hour (Based on experience)

1st Shift Hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday

Office Administrator Responsibilities: Construction contract billing, invoicing, cash reconciliation, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:



  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 2+ years of related experience in the construction industry
  • Exceptional computer skills including 10-key, Microsoft Office, and general knowledge of accounting software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Currently hold or have the ability to obtain state notary public commission
  • Ability to frequently lift 25 pounds
