Ensuring the synchronization, communication, and business relationship of portfolio strategies from the Strategic Portfolio Committee and their translation across Agile Release Trains (ARTs). They facilitate the deconstruction process of Epics, the largest and most important initiatives, from the portfolio Kanban through further definition, prioritization, and impact assessment to the value streams. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline required. Minimum Experience Five (5) years of experience in a technical or professional position with at least two (2) years leading end-to-end cross-functional projects. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Two (2) years of SAFe/Agile/Lean experience. Ability to act autonomously with little to no instruction or oversight Strong knowledge of overall strategic company initiatives and their implementation through value streams and Operating Companies. Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain and present complex information to all levels Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the larger company strategy. Strong influencing skills to help guide strategic initiatives without ownership. Strong knowledge of and adherence to FedEx policies and procedures. Job Conditions Some travel required. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
