Job Summary:

The Director, Investor Relations will help develop and execute an integrated IR strategy that will align to, and promote, Integer's strategy. The incumbent will help lead investor relations strategies and activities, by communicating with analysts, preparing investor materials, assisting in the preparation of quarterly earnings, and coordinating new investor outreach.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining the company's Investor Relations strategy and all related tools and materials.
  • Partner with the SVP to lead and manage the company's participation on quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, road shows, analyst days, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Schedule, plan, and participate in shareholder meetings and events.
  • Track market and industry information and perform required data analysis.
  • Develop and monitor metrics for the investor relations function.
  • Partner with Corp Communications with overseeing Investor Relations presentations, the Investor Relations portion of the company's website and annual reports.
  • Respond to investor and analyst questions without disclosing sensitive or material non-public information.
  • Conduct analysis and research in support of the earnings call process, including the analysis of competitor operating results and industry trends. The incumbent will use competitive intelligence to help craft a concise and differentiating message that sets Integer apart from its peer group.
  • Participates with other senior leaders to establish Integer's strategic plans and objectives, identify strategic needs and prioritize areas of focus.
  • Support/lead investor relations discussions with external and internal strategic partners across product categories and/or functions.
  • Proactively identify / cultivate new investor relationships that have the potential to positively impact the Strategy.
  • Present and articulate the investor point of view to the executive management team and make recommendations as necessary and appropriate.
  • Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required in finance, economics, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment research, or banking

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience in Medical Device industry required
  • Business development, marketing & sales experience in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen; facile with all the company's key financial statements. S/he must have a clear and thorough understanding of financial modeling used by investment professionals to value the organization's performance.
  • Ability to execute in ambiguous situations and take the lead without explicit instructions.
  • Ability to develop, synthesize and present perspectives on key strategic/financial issues.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Must not be afraid to challenge the status quo, but capable of understanding how to navigate internal decision-making.
  • Naturally connects and builds strong relationships with others, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations.
  • Demonstrated experience building partnerships across the public and private sectors.
  • Knowledgeable about the highly regulated nature of the business and is comfortable operating within such an environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate issues and potential resolutions in a timely manner to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities with minimum disruption.
  • Ability to build consensus and alignment, and communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Problem-solving abilities with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build credibility with numerous stakeholders (executive, functional, plant management, operations, marketing, customers, and suppliers) to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and provide timely feedback on all projects to all stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills, Outlook, Excel, Project, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Other: Must be able to travel globally.
